Not necessarily. If you have strong technical skills and a genuine interest in mentoring students, we'll train you on the teaching side. Freshers with good fundamentals are welcome.
Some roles are centre-specific, but we're flexible. Let us know your preference during the application and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
It's straightforward: apply via WhatsApp or email, we schedule a technical + HR interview (in person or online), and if selected, you receive an offer within a week. No multi-round marathons.
Most roles require in-person presence since we work directly with students. However, some content and marketing roles may have hybrid options — ask during your interview.
