Job Description
Assist in screening resumes, conducting interviews & scheduling interviews
Ensure the overall comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the office environment. Assist in direct incoming calls and visitors to the correct person
Answering questions and addressing complaints
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed
Assist in office administrative tasks
Monitoring emails, tasks, mailing correspondence and general admin works
Responsible for collecting best negotiated price from the vendors as and when required
Handling Queries regarding enquiry
Attending calls regarding enquiry and making calls to our customer and doing follow-ups regularly
Complete ad hoc HR and Admin tasks as required
Desired candidate profile
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
He / She should be a good performer
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
He / She should be proactive in identifying problems and suggesting solutions
